You will have to follow the wire to a control box that may have a name or part #. I imagine it is some type of alarm. could be a button that controls fog light relay.

Y’all are all wrong it’s obviously a clutch button. The factory clearly forgot to install a clutch pedal so first owner must’ve added this after getting it home from the lot.

Does the car have LiDAR jammers? Both cars I’ve had them in have an easy to reach kill switch. Get tagged slow down, turn off jammer.
I had a car horn rigged similar, needed a functional horn to pass inspection and my mechanic rigged this for me
