It’s quite interesting to roleplay Ciri in bd3, especially when she has the power to teleport through different worlds so she can legitimately visit Faerûn.
It gets more and more interesting as the adventure continues. A witcher carries on her work in a different world, killing golem, ghouls alike. Use magic to disturb the dead(Yennefer approvals and Geralt disapprovals). Or team up with a vampire who eventually become the witcher’s close friend (sounds familiar), and even get to meet with other fellow monster hunters in Faerûn. My favorite part is when Ciri got to mess around Vlaakith’s portrait, it brings up some good old memory back in Avallac'h’s laboratory.
I have to say the photo mode is brilliant and so much fun. I feel like I spent a decent amount of time in photo mode, sometimes even more than actual playtime. In the end I got about 200+ pictures. Now that I have already complete the game, I still check on those pictures from time to time to reflect on the grand adventure.
What mods u use to get the ciri look?
For face, I use Vemperen's Other Heads Repaired. For hair, I use continent hair style. And there is also a Ciri’s clothing mod. All can be found in Nexus
Could you point us to the mods you used?

Hahaha we all have the same questions. Great looking Ciri OP!
Thanks! For face, I use Vemperen's Other Heads Repaired. For hair, I use continent hair style. And there is also a Ciri’s clothing mod. All can be found in Nexus
Thank you so much for this info!
Which face mod are you using?

Thanks I thought the face mod looked familiar but I wasn't quite sure just based on the angle of the shot. Vemperen's is one I use a lot.
Just finished a playthrough roleplaying as Geralt
Mod list?

Laezel looks like she had some plastic surgery to look more human
Reminder for me to return when OP posts mod list

All i can hear is the always sunny theme song.
"The gang pisses off geralt by sleeping with his ward"
Love this. What class did you use?
I did Hunter since Hunter has a very similar description as witcher, they both wandering around the land and killing all sorts of monsters. I also chose bladesinger to match Ciri’s nimble, splendor fighting style since she mainly use sword to fight but also magic to support her move. (Eldritch Knight is another choice but I think bladesinger has a more elegant fighting style which suits Ciri). However, this is a not a strong build, just for roleplay. And it’s worth to note that Ciri is more a Sorcerer than wizard since she is a natural spellcaster. But I can’t find a proper Sorcerer subclass to match her fighting style and bladesinger is everything I imagine Ciri would be when she gets full control of her power and completely masters her swordplay.
She looks good! Want to do at least one more run using a lot of photo mode
Ok, but how do we get ciri as a character model?!

Dunno what face op is using (looks like one of Vemp’s maybe?) but
Thanks for the link, and for the face model yes it’s Vemperen's Other Heads Repaired
DnD Nerds, what would a Ciri build look like? I'm imagining a Fighter, Sorcerer, Ranger Milticlass
she looks so good! i'm totally writing a fic for this. ciri is gonna bring geralt, yen, dandelion, and regis to faerun and geralt plays astarion in a gwent tournament hosted by nine fingers keene (elminster made gwent popular across all the realms and beyond). i'm nowhere near finishing it but having so much fun with it, my two fave universes!
Aww that sounds cool.
Is there a first chapter ready for reading or is it not even that far?
thank you for the interest! i'm almost done with the first chapter, i'm about 3300 words into the story which is not very far at all. I've been too distracted writing a fan fic of the main bg3 game but your comment inspired me to switch gears today and spend some more time on this one!
That’s awesome! I’m curious what classes you give them, I can see master dandelion being a college of lore bard. I’m really looking forward to read you work when it’s done!
The Witcher modded class is actually done very well
Wow, super cool!
Now I want to RP as the Stardew Valley farmer visiting Faerûn
This is freaking me out for some reason.
Interesting! What was your build for Ciri?
If we were being accurate she’d be some kind of sorcerer ranger? Innate magic powers plus learned hunting ability. Though typically bloodhunter mutant would replace ranger if that was in bg3.
I think Hunter Ranger/Wild Magic Sorcerer would be the most lore accurate.
Could make a case for gloomstalker ranger?
A case could be made on account of the inherent Misty Step, but I don't know if much else fits flavor wise.
She relinquished magic.
Yes but when she loses control of her emotions she basically turns into a magic fusion bomb, sounds kinda wild magic-ish
Yeah but she kinda linquished it back with all the teleporting and time travel dimension hopping she does. She may not be slinging fireballs but even in the books she's absolutely still doing magic shit after she "relinquishes" it.
She uses the power of the elder blood, a genetic mutation sought by the wild hunt elves for its spacetime bending, yes. But she cannot source magical power after relinquishing it. The only time she uses magic after the desert is when iirc Vilgefortz imbued her with it, and the books state that although she cannot source magic anymore, she can use magic when it's forced into her by somebody else. But that was a one time thing and the elder blood spacetime mechanics are treated differently than magic.
Shadow monk with shadow strike and sword proficiency maybe?
She’s got too much magic for that. She also wears armour.
Teleportation and lightning punch. Both shadow monks can do.
Could have fooled me.

Thought about Wild Magic but I’m preparing a run with the Witcher crew and was thinking 6 Shadow Monk, 3 Thief, 3 Gloomstalker. Thought about Wild Magic Sorcerer but in the games her primary use of magic for the player is teleportation. She was also a fugitive for awhile picking up rogue skills and Gloomstalker because she was undergoing Witcher training but Geralt preferred her to stay hidden before attacking rather than be out front, at least when she was younger.
For Geralt 5 Hunter/ 7 EK seems like a really good fit.
