Yeah fuck TicketMaster. Did everything right. 10 min ahead of time. ALL sold out? Yeah, my ass.
I was in the waiting room 10-15 early still got sold out. My coworkers joined after me for the same day and he got tickets. All bullshit

It is not first come first serve. You first go to the waiting room, and then once it hits 10 am, you get sent to the queue randomly. That’s the way it works with Ticketmaster (and most others). As others say, there’s a lot of flooding with bots but they aren’t as prevalent as they used to be in the late 2010s. A lot of people can’t really get that sometimes you get unlucky in the queue. And you have to remember the Bears are one of the most popular NFL teams, which will create higher demand for such a low supply of FREE tickets. You just gotta get lucky is all.
That’s what’s getting lost in all these gripes. There is an actual high demand for these from real people. I’m sure there are scammers deploying bots, don’t know to what percentage of these are taken by them but even without bots, it’s still going to be a crapshoot getting in the queue to buy them.
Yeah people need to realize that there are like less than 2k tickets a day available.

Get a group of people, stay on one browser, one of you will probably get lucky
I had none of the problems people are yelling about, but I also chose a day that was going to be less popular to increase my chances
Ticketmaster is so trash it’s unfair. Only some lucky people and a bunch of bots get the good stuff
I’m glad I grew up before hyper capitalism took over. I remember going to Bourbonnais almost every year from 02-08 not only was it free but you got a bunch of free stuff for showing up. Tons of players signed. It was an awesome experience and everything was free.
Same with Platteville.
i still cannot believe they moved it. going to bourbannais is what converted me from a casual fan to a diehard fan as a kid.
Bear-bonnais was a lot of fun. It sucks that last year and this year, it has gotten impossible to get tixs to go.
I jumped in literally at 10am on the dot and have been at 5369 for 9 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

I got in at 218 people in front of me, made it to the screen where you can confirm purchase, then it told me it was sold out. Unbelievable
I pray people dont buy the resell tickets

Why would they to be honest? More money for them. They could care less if you got tickets or not. Sad reality.
I was also curious what the capacity was for training camp - “we don’t disclose that” why’s it a damn secret. Just curious if it’s 1000, 2000, 5000
I went to one two years ago and was told by a person working there it's around 2,500 total per day or so. And what ticket master has to release is less than that because some are already alloted before they are publicly available.

I was in the waiting room. My co workers got in after me for the same day and he got tickets and I didn’t. Sold out when it was my turn. All BS

I was fully expecting that too but I must’ve gotten lucky. Went for August 8th, got in the waiting room at 9:50am and only had 18 people ahead of me. It says they have “bot detection” so clearly that’s a lie
i was in at 9:30. sat there and waited the entire time. then the queue wasnt starting for whatever reason. decided to back out and go back in. wouldnt let me back in. then the queue was at 4,000 lol. ticketmaster may actually be the worst company of all time.

Was hoping to snag 7/30 as the Cubs are in MILW. My thought was to drive to Lake Forest for camp, then watch the Cubs beat the Brewers
How many tickets were you looking for? I have two for 7/30 that I’d trade for two on 8/2?
Me too, my wife and I both joined as soon as possible, and neither of us got any
Will be the first time in many years we havent went. My uncle is in his mid 80s and not sure how many more we will get to go to. Thanks bots!

I had no problem. It shifted me into a waiting room at 9:50 and I got in after 2-3 minutes of waiting in the queue. I also tried for a random Wednesday, not sure if you tried for like a Saturday.

Last year I was like 25th so that was nice but has to get rid of my tix as a conflict came up. Oh well. Maybe I’ll spend $100 a ticket 🤣

They do same thing for sneakers, Jordan's, new iPhones, etc. Everybody is business owner or side hustler now with these bots
I haven't attempted to go to a camp for years. My buddy and I would just show up and watch. I didn't even know they do it this way now.
I dont really care, I'm not paying more, ever. If I can't get it at the sales price, fuck it. If everyone did the same, this would end in 3 events.
Ticketmaster CEO should be in jail. They do this for every single event and it’s always filled up with bots. I wonder how much they make doing this.Â

I picked one day one time later in month the 26 got in waiting room like 1 min before sale was number 222 in Que and got the tickets no problem. I understand the frustration you can’t trust anything or anyone in this world anymore
