What’s in Bears stadium survey?

I received it yesterday and it asked a lot of questions that will probably go towards what they include in the new stadium. They asked for travel time to bears games, what you do before & after the game, had you rank the importance of things, and the final half of it was all related to tickets and prices. The most interesting thing is it included a stadium map that had the sections laid out. Most of the information included (potential) price ranges for season tickets and PSLs. All I'm gonna say is season ticket holders old & new will be pulling out their check books and probably be very unhappy about it.
Seems like my time as a STH is dying along with soldier field.

Yeah received it as well. I want to say our tickets would double in price ($3K for 2 now to $6K plus $18K one-time fee) and location would be higher up.
Damn that’s crazy expensive. And these greedy assholes want taxpayer money. Bigger stadium, worse seats, far more expensive.
That is ridiculous considering the current value of the team already. Sounds like a grab to drive up the value of the team to get favorable financing---and there are likely better, fan-friendlier ways to do that.

I forgot they purchased the land in 2021. It’s been that long?!
They won the bid in 2021 but didn't close until Feb of 2023
A closed stadium is bullshit. That’s all I care about. I will die on this hill.

In the seating bowl section, they have examples of other club areas around the league but theirs also some examples that seem to be renders of the new stadium

The stadium will not be on the west side of salt creek. It'll be on the east side.
