Can aluminum cylinder heads warp at 255F? I was wondering because resurfacing the heads would add like $300 to the rebuild and I need to know if I have to start saving up now. I usually let it cool down around this temp then go back to full throttle again.

I was just wondering because my exhaust manifolds were so warped that if placed on a glass surface you could fit two 25cent coins on both the front and rear cylinder part of the flange. Just knocked down the middle two with an angle grinder and put it back together.

Do you have an exhaust leak now after a few heat cycles? If no, if it's my truck I'm running it. If it i hear an exhaust leak I'll turn up the radio.

I’m not sure what we’re looking at here, but 250F is what I heat my engine parts up to when doing bearing work.
