Naberius looks a lot like Focalors/Furina. There's a family resemblance going on there.
Naberius did create Egeria after the Hydro sovereign fell and no longer served as the heart of the primordial sea. Honestly a few of the archons have odd connections to these shades like the omnipresent statue in Inazuma looking like Ronova not to mention her influence upon Natlan including her deal with Xbalanque, Enkanomiya and Venti's origins with Istaroth, only one with none is Asmoday.
There might've been signs of Asmoday in the chasm. if you look at the rocks where the divine nail is, it kinda looks like Asmoday's cubes in stone form. This might be a hint of interaction between Zhongli and the Asmoday.
Plus Zhongli's cubes, would be interesting if it turns out that each archon is under/tied to a specific shade.

Naberius: short, short white hair with some long parts, light blue eyes, white clothes

I think she originally had the og star eyes, after merging with naberius she got these divine eyes, they are different because they are two beings merged into one.
Maybe she changed her eyes with alchemy of the power of the sinner, who knows?
It's also interesting that focalors and furina also have heterochromia and blue eyes so maybe the concept was extended to golds and nabe's fusion. Wow they really foreshadowed this aspect, a split between the divinity and humanity, focalors and furina, gold and naberius 👀🤔
Although I don't recall focalors ever nagging furina. And you'd think this nagging could drive one crazy but albedo also says it's a welcome sight to see his mom/master gain mental clarity after the fusion. It's really lending to the theory this fusion and devouring of a shade is what gold must've used to overcome her khaenriahn immortality curse maybe
personally i think itd be really cool if she was like an immigrant to khaenri'ah and i don't think there's any lore so far that contradicts that right
Its definitely not Rhinnedottir's normal appearance. Shes from Khaenriah, she should have Primogem Eyes like the literally every other known survivor.

I say, each represents the two. Look at the gold eye, if you observe it, it looks like a letter R and the same sign was also used as a introduction of Rhinedottir when the mages were introduced back in an event where we are trying to find Razor's real parents.
The gold eye doesnt look like an R though. Its looks more like DNA. I think the gold eye is Naberius' eye, and the silver eye is Rhinedottir's eye, since it has the diamond that all Khaenriahns have in their eyes

Arle has X eyes and is related to the former Khranriahian royal family, albeit distantly. (warranted, she's also constantly glitching in and out of reality, so we don't know for sure if that has anything to do with it).

Rhinedottir is completely cooked in the head, and the only thing that calmed her insanity was merging with Naberius and devouring her. Not to mention, she is the best alchemist in the Genshin verse and creating life is her thing, as a sinner she would want the power to control all life from Naberius

In 1.X albedo quest she was searching for the heart of Naberius. Durin questline may have some hints.
In thr Paralogism quest, it's mentioned that Rhinedottir devoured Naberius merging with her.
It's also stated in the Lava Walker set. She stumbled upon an artifact and found Naberius' heart so she "devoured" it, assimilating with Naberius.
That is some crazy luck equivalent of rolling a 50CV on set giblets right there.

Seeing as the witches wanted to declare a war on Mondstadt and Venti (now that we know his identity) had to broker a truce. We can assume the Hexenzirkel reach is far wider than just Teyvat. They are at least on par with the abilities of a shade - at least Gold and Alice are.

"In those day, Venti was but a single thread of a thousand winds". It was never confirmed that the thousand winds was Istaroth until I guess now (if you consider the teaser confirmation).
I mean Istaroth is called the Thousand Winds of Time in an Enkanomkya book but yeah.

My impression is that the hexencircle had ancient grudge against Mondstadt , but not Mondstadt of Barbatos nor Venti's era.
But rather they were the exiled royal mages of yore. Before the 'new' Mondstadt aristocrat era
Their enemity was against Decarabian's Mondstadt & its rebellion that exiled its royal mages and likely sealed them behind a particular gate.
Much later Their exile ended - Perhaps Rhinedottir freed them - using Durin & vines.
Because When Ventis Mondstadt burnt their door survived -likely breaking its seal -now inside the burnt library of Mondstadt (but that door was sealed when that location had been a bathhouse resort for nobles)
But rather when these timedisplaced mages came out rather than meeting Decarabian or a unruly rebellious mob.. they met with Barbatos and the new mondstadt regime (that recently cleaned house of corrupt nobles of aristocrats of Archon Barbatos era-

That's the funniest part, out of all the secretive organizations we know of, the only one that's not had a single member revealed in their true form is the Hexenzirkel. Well technically Rhinedottir is their first member to appear, which honestly I did not expect in the slgihtest, since she's also a sinner and merged with a shade. If anything I expected her to be final boss material, kept in secret to the end.
Also I gotta say, I'd be Albedo's dad, she's incredibly cute.
