Considering Ronova is one of the oldest characters we know of, excluding the dragons, the Tsaritsa kinda is.
And since she isnt even the original cryo archon, that makes her younger too. We dont know how old teyvat is, but if we assume that Zhongli hasn't been there from the start then it should be more than 10.000 years. She is definitely older than the cataclysm but younger than the archon war, so between 500 and 2000 years old.
Keep in mind the possibility of someone or something being alive for a very long while, and only ascending to the seat of Archon in more recent times.

They all hated the gods and Every time they broke the barrier a little by conducting their experiments they threw massive parties and whole parades and were cheered on by the population, was the population against all the unethical things the akademya was doing they would have been protesting and not celebrating. The only innocence people were the babies who were born in such a place. Celestia even after kh'aenriah did all of these things STILL left them alone it wasn't until they were gonna destroy the whole of teyvat that they were forced to intervene, even sacrificing themselves.

It's not the sinners exploiting the abyss. It was their king Irmin that mainly did it first and started the Cataclysm. The people liked using the abyss so much they decommissioned all but one factory producing azosite (clean, elemental energy source) and went for abyssal chaos cores (with some weak protests from those operating the azosite factory) for free infinite energy, or so they thought.

Tbf, it is Pierro. His goal of avenging Khaenri'ah is good, but he's definitely been twisted in both ideology and methodology. Who knows how the hell he even got the Tsaritsa in on his plan, or if she's even knowledgeable about it in the first place.
Well the Fatui have done pretty terrible stuff. I kinda feel like Fatui are more or less a pirate nation of sorts, each commander have nigh infinite independence, and can do whatever they want. However, if the Tsaritsa demands it, they will immediately devote a 100% of their time and effort to fullfilling her command, no matter the method, no matter the cost.
I mean the man just said that deaths didnāt matter to him, and thereās available readables about how little he values Fatui soldiers lives and has no problem with sacrificing innocents for his goals, yet he still preaches his and the Tsaritsaās rhetorics like itās holy scripture. I guess he the Tsaritsa probably developed a messiah complex that makes them feel justified in their actions even though their experiences should tell them itās wrong.
