It might be stupid to ask, but where exactly?. I kinda remember people saying capitano was going to be the same as him, but i no longer trust that after 5.x.
He's in the Teyvat teaser alongside Diluc, Ningguang, Ayaka, Cyno, Lyney/Lynette, Iansan.

Capitano's case is different, the story makes you believe that he has a decent chance of returning, his files are made like a playable character (something La Signora didn't have, in fact Signora was labeled as an enemy, so no weapon placement, no glider placement, no weapon name, no avatar, nothing)

Definites are Sandrone/Marionette and Pulcinella/The Rooster, as the different silhouettes. Pierro/The Jester himself very much implied too.
That leaves four. The anonymous five silhouettes to me look like tall men, but I'm not sure they all can be.
Dottore and Regrator, presumably. Childe too?
So who is the last? Could one of them be Arlecchino?
I am assuming no Columbina as she's suggested to be in Nod-Krai and not with them.
I think the only option is Pierro, Pulcinella, Sandrone, Childe, Dottore, Arlecchino, Panatolone. Seven for seven.

There are seven harbingers in the photo, in right sandron and rooster are confirmed. Signora,balladeer and captain are out of the question. So one more harbinger isn't there( I think that's the tenth harbinger that genshin has to never release)

Bro, the fatui is your typical jrpg story. A bunch of friends/misfits who suffered trauma and went from a normal life to wanting to kill god. They just looked like villains because we have a third-party perspective and not with them.
