Whenever i see someone join, and the pelican has arrived, i always say in chat: "(Color), don't drop. We're about to extract."
Saves people a loading screen and time spent getting the right loadout. Instead, they can get a drink or something while they wait.

I mean you say that, but if people enter the dropship and take off, they go right to a cutscene. So while you're loading, they get the xp and everything. But you?

If i happen to drop in at extract, i reinforce the perimiter with turret and start providing covering fire in the hopes of getting a lil action before everyone has boarded.(me just hoping all heck breaks loose and we have a good laugh as we scramble to exfil
