Don't forget about the water pistol that takes multiple trigger pulls to get it to work.
The Super Super Soaker can get pumped eight times, but with diminishing returns. It starts with a strong stream and then eventually loses range. And you need a water source to refill it obviously.

I actually love the idea of water. Could be really fun to mix elements, like electricity, for combat effects.
It could also nullify atmospheric effects such as sandstorms, fire tornadoes, toxic gloom atmospheres and enhance the chance of being struck by lightning in ion storms as well as generate muddy areas and swamps for environments where the weather allows it.

This is ridiculous, but some kind of water-based warbond could be interesting. If not for offensive purposes, but gear that aids in wetter environments. They could even add wetter biomes.
- frost cannon support weapon to stun enemies like those plants on ice worlds
- spear gun secondary(?); medium pen that can pin lower armor units to surfaces
- and/or, trident melee that does the same thing
- boat stratagem... the WRV!
- wetsuit style armor with a scuba passive
- beach towel inspired cape
- booster that just lets you fuckin' SWIM
- team emote where you all do the Baywatch slo mo run
