What’s the brand. Some are direct drive instead of a belt

The belt could have slipped. Probably need to replace the bearings on the rollers that the drum sit on. Or it’s loose change in a sock 🧦 😆
Would also say it’s probably the belt. I’ve had to fix several of these.
Not any kind of professional, and I can’t narrow it down further.
It’s honestly not that hard, at least the times I’ve done it. But I’m pretty handy with stuff like this so take that with a grain of salt.
