About to close on the house basement has weird bathroom utilities rooms, is it possible to split them in budget??

just put up privacy room dividers. If you wall it off, you will need another light for the laundry area.

Sure looks like there’s plenty of room to just frame up a wall to separate and make a separate bathroom & Utility/ laundry room. Budget would all depend on where you’re located, dimensions of walls & if you were planning to hire out or make it a diy.
We are in Ontario, do you know if we need permit to finish it?
