Had a home inspector tell me this looks like a tape joint crack and is nothing to worry about. I’ve always heard horizontal cracks are concerning, can I get a consensus?

It does appear to just be the tape and joint compound. If it was randomly on middle of drywall from like a corner it would be more concerning
