Help powering the RO system

There was an outlet extender in use at the dishwater site, and that's where the RO was plugged in. However the dishwasher wouldn't run in that configuration so the extender was removed. The dishwasher and disposal work fine, we just can't run the RO.

What are our options to get the RO running? I uploaded a photo showing the outlet and the RO plug.
