Ah, we meet again Lygus. And also, he shouldn't shy away to show his childhood dream to his friends because everyone have unrealistic dream as a children. But if he insist, at least share it with the trailblazer because they have a lot of similarities.

They're talking about the childhood dream Phainon had, different from the animation short. It's a letter from the bottle_Find_oracle_cards_near_the_water) he tried to throw into the water for it to reach someone. You can't miss it since it pops up in your face.
hes talking about his childhood dream. and the “my wish…” dialogue was from kid phainon. its pretty clear, no?
Yes that's part of it. But to be more specific, with the art, it's more referencing Phainon's letter if anything since in the quest we get to read it and it was Phainon who opened the bottle. Mydei and Anaxa there were drawn in as a fun little fantasy of them judging his spelling errors.
I think it's just one of those instances where the post title feels rhetorical and not meant to be literally answered.
