Sucky ass mileage
Yes, this is normal MPG for a 6.2L V8 in a 3 ton vehicle. For more MPGs, recommend less throttle when accelerating, it won't help much but you may see that go up to 12 or so around town 😂
Yes it is normal for a GMC to be in the shop. Oh sorry you wanted to know about fuel consumption.
POV: You bought a boat and were surprised that it was a boat. Yes, that's normal if you live in the city or a mountainous region.
Asking to see if anyone else has seen this at their respective jobs or shops.
I apologize, I assumed you bought it. I was having a rough day and lashed out. But yeah, those things get horrid mileage. Especially with a heavy right foot.
... are you complaining about low gas mileage in a GMC Yukon? You know, the 6000lbs brick with a big V8 in it?
10MPG is a little low for highway mileage (not towing anything) , but that's completely normal for city driving.
Customer states this is highway driving but we are all stumped here we've seen 14 15 but never 10 on the highway. Thing has a range of 200 miles full
Highway as in going 70 with the cruise control on? Or Highway as in downtown Atlanta at 5pm traffic. The second might as well be city driving.
“Highway” at night full throttle for 25 miles. “She tops out at 133” -customer
I'm curious about the tire pressure??
Yeah the tires are only 51-52% full.
Same. Y tf we @ 50+ ?
I was wondering if inflating the tires to the correct pressure would have an impact on the fuel economy.
Yes. It would lower the fuel economy.
They’re obviously trying to hypermile their Yukon
You Hypomile when you have too much money and have a crush on the cock at the gas station
For those working in non freedom unit, its 23.5L per 100km
Wow, is it an engine or a petrol powered water wheel?
Ooooh boy. My Touareg diesel does 7.9L/100km on a long drive haha
And I complain about my 13L/100 😅
That is absolutely laughable
Haha. I get better mpg than that in a mack truck.
I shudder to think what it would be if it was also towing a horse trailer or a camper.
See if a caliper is sticking. I had this cause mileage issues on a 2014 Jeep JK. Just a thought
Maybe they should try and inflate their tires up to 200 psi, instead of 50, to get better mileage.
I joke with my eco conscious friends that I get 2 miles to the gallon. The pleasure I get from my 5.3/326 PPV is worth the price.
Have the customer take you for a drive lol
