Luanne starts the series at 18 (or 17, since Peggy mentions early on that they're her gurardians), she's 21 by Season 7 when Hank is her DD for her birthday, and it's kind of left in the air how old she is at the end. When she drops out of community college, Hank says she's been at a two year school for over four years.

Yeah their ages fluctuate, I actually went down a rabbit hole trying to pinpoint their ages. But I was drunk so I don't remember my conclusions. I do know Nancy is 40, I think Hank and Friends are about 43 and Peggy is 42 because she graduated from, lol, West Arlen.
Edit: I meant those numbers in the first airing, also Hank actually mentions his birthday in an episode at 1967

There is no way they will kill off Bill. Bill was just the start of Covid I’m sure in Arlen. But he survived. They’ve shown him after the fact as it is.
Genetics and time catches up to all of us. Doesn’t matter if you eat right and what not. Also, he definitely isn’t rich enough for any plastic surgery or a hair transplant, so his changes aren’t too bad I don’t think.

Aged poorly??? 50 years old, slight crows feet and not a grey hair on his head... Plastic surgery and botox has really messed with people's ideas about what aging looks like
I think his pretty severe receding hairline is what is making his “aging” look more extreme than it is lol.
It is admittedly odd though… Most of the time if someone has this bad of a hairline at 43-ish, they probably didn’t have great hair (with 0 signs of balding) at 36 like he did. So I think that’s why it looks like he aged a lot more years than he did.

Dale will always be Joseph’s dad, but I do like the idea of Joseph and John connecting and having a relationship. Nancy did Dale and John both wrong, really.
I hope Joseph knows and he just lets Dale continue to be in blissful ignorance because he knows it’ll break his heart and Dale and Joseph love each other so much.

I really like that John still has a role in Joseph’s life, I really hope though that him and Nancy do not rekindle their relationship. I think that there can be a very compelling series of episodes of Joseph realizing his true parentage and coming to his own terms about it, but John and Nancy getting back together would throw out all that and the development of the characters throughout the series.
Yeah I don't see them doing that. I think the best possible narrative would be for Joseph to know that John is his biological father now that he's an adult, and because of that he had a relationship with him but Joseph considers Dale to be the father who brought him up and will always be his dad in his mind and the truth of the matter is never really spoken about because Joseph has a good relationship with them both while Nancy just accepts Dale is her always loving husband.
