I used to catch a decent amount of his FFXIV streams, just because it was fun watching all the wow players experience (stall through) the game.

I was loosely following it but missed this somehow
The guild was originally meant to be very roleplay focused alongside progression, and Veibae setup a lot of the opportunities for roleplay between the different factions. Eventually when it came time to form groups for the guild's first raid, she was chosen specifically for all of the work she put in. A few streamers threw a fit and called it favoritism because she live with Sodapoppin and are in a very public and committed relationship. Their viewers then posted a ton of hate in her chat over it, was saying nasty shit in other people's chats, until eventually Veibae said she wasn't going to raid and pretty much took a break from the game after that.

IMO this is the biggest red flag someone can have, if people constantly need to replace their social circle over and over then they're either completely apathetic and abandon the people in their life when it's convenient or (as I assume in his case) they're constantly creating conflict at a rate faster than even the best mediator could resolve.

As someone who has been watching Miz for a while, my take is that he's a uhhhhhh... An asshole. Or he was. He'll admit it himself, you either like him or you hate him. There is no in between. His ADHD is his super power, it makes him out going and quick witted, but at the same time, especially back then when he was "on top of the world", he didn't care about people. Besides the few that were his actual friends, everyone else was a prop to be used for entertainment. You never saw him on someone else's stream for a reason, even though he collabed more then any other streamer in that time.
Don't get me wrong, a lot of people grew from streaming with him so it wasn't a one sided transaction. Well, except for his actual friends. Maybe that's why he kept them around, because he didn't feel threatened. And that's important because it stopped him from making meaningful connections with other people in the industry. Back then all he cared about was getting to the top and for that he laid waste to everyone that wasn't going to help him get there on the way up.
Now this might be conspiracy but I believe that the reason Train was able to cancel him so easily was because the industry as a whole said "fuck this guy". A bit of "get back" for the guy that was currently at the top that needed to be knocked down a few pegs. Those who had somewhat of a relationship with him reached out privately, while no one besides Emiru and Knut came to bat for him publicly. One just doesn't care about the public backlash while the other... well, you know.
Fast forward to today and I truly believe that he has grown as a person or is at least in the process of doing so. As for NMP I can't say much because I don't watch him. I'm not sure why he's got a hate boner for Miz. I just know he's an asshole as well. They all kind of are.
