I was reading about how Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is wildly under diagnosed because only a minority of sufferers have the physical characteristics. It kinda make sense when you consider that even casual drinking after conception can cause the disorder and for unplanned pregnancies there can be a longish overlap between conception and realizing you are pregnant. People also just don't bring that possibility up with their doctors because generally we think of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome as something that only impacts alcoholics and irresponsible parents.

It wasnāt the bad thing, it was a compliment , but the other girl thought she was making fun of him because she thought he was special needs by the way he was acting or could be maybe by his looks . But the gist was the one girl compliments his watch with diamonds but the other girl took it as making fun of him as he was acting like a fool and just the way he was acting ( from what it seemed to me ) and said to her friend he was special needs ( again because the way he was acting and maybe his looks ) and he obviously got embarrassed by it and cancelled the call then ended his stream
