The pomegranate on the Spanish arms has green leaves, yes. The centre of the Navarrese quarter of the arms is also green.

Shouldn’t the san Marino dot be slightly green, because of the coat of arms on the flag?
Can’t believe I remembered to check the coat of arms of British territories but forgot about the UN member San Marino 🇸🇲, yes my bad
