I think my recents have been Ronnie and The God that Failed. Those just hit different in the car.
Also, I just thought of this. How many of yall play Metallica loud enough for others to hear outside the car. Am I alone?
Fuel. I think you know why.
Wherever I may roam!
Metallica songs
Sad but true is just monstrous every time. Plus anything from Load/Reload.
Lars’ kick sound was really bottom heavy, and the bluesy influenced guitar grooves make for a nasty combo when played through some nice speakers.
And yes I blast it
Ain't my bitch
Frayed Ends of Sanity
A man with excellent taste. Ronnie is such a badass song. Fully with you on those two choices for the road.
Lately I find myself listening to the outlaw torn every day, but the S&M 2 version. Relaxes me when I get home from work.
Bad seed. I won't listen to it unless I'm in a vehicle.
my speeding song is Astronomy. whooo boy, when that outro kicks in...
Dyers Eve
The unforgiven
Orion, To Live Is to Die, Blackened, …And Justice For All, Nothing Else Matters just to name a few.

Fuel. It’s literally THE car song
I was so hype for this in N64 Hotwheels Turbo Racing game. Made me smile every time.
I once had a 1975 Chevy Nova and worked at Blockbuster where I'd go out to the car directly in front of the store on my breaks and blast Metallica and Slayer.
Master of Puppets and Reign in Blood albums specifically.
Hero of the Day makes me want to drive into the sunset, filled with hope.
King nothing
This one is pure nostalgia. I discovered this song back in 2015, thanks to my guitar teacher. I might have been 13. I used to play it in my dad’s car using his phone and YouTube. Even now, a decade later, I still play it from time to time. And my dad still sings along with James “Are you pacified?” Haha (English isn't our first language though). I love this song so much.

Master of puppets; when driving alone I love screaming along to this song with windows closed. MoP is the single best metal song ever written!!
Bleeding me; just like MoP i love singing and screaming along to this song. The chorous, omg, is fucking amazing. It has the best James Hetfield vocals.
Turn the page
Entersandman
These are my favourites from metallica.
I've never listened to Ronnie, I'll listen to it now. And god that failed is amazing. I used that song on an Instagram story, lol.
The first half of Hardwired. That album seems to be mixed in a way that makes it predestined to really shine on a car stereo.
Hardwired, Now That We’re Dead, Moth Into Flame and Halo On Fire hit especially hard in my 2016 Prius.
load and reload upbeat songs are great in the car tbh
Purify
Low Man's Lyric ALWAYS hits different no matter what setting.
I have no a/c in my car at the moment, so I roll my windows down. Everyone gets to hear whatever I'm listening to as well because I don't want to boil alive.
