I’m so curious to see the outcome of this pursuit in Richland. The idea that he is a one shoe wearing Olympic runner, hurdler, and hide and seek gold medalist is starting to be pretty doubtful. He wrecked at a speed without a helmet very few people live through much less outrun K-9 units for hours on end.
I have to know! I’ve tried googling and came up with nothing. I have a hard time believing someone could walk away from that, and it’s super unusual for them to not have an update on it the next day. I thought for sure we’d hear something about it Saturday night. Wtf happened to that guy?
I'm assuming he got far enough away and someone picked him up. There's no way he escaped that crash uninsured and I'm doubtful he would still be moving like an Olympian once the adrenaline wears off.
He is definitely one lucky dude

Melatonin, the active ingredient in many of the sleep support supplements works really well to help get some rest ....and creates some really freaky dreams....

I have never had that issue, thankfully. But I only take 3mg.
AND if you have depression (serotonin deficiency) you also have a melatonin deficiency because they need each other for production. It’s a nasty cycle.
Depression is linked to a serotonin deficiency? I honestly did not know that nor that it was linked to a melatonin deficiency. More things to look into. I've heard a magnesium deficiency happens and can't easily be tested because magnesium lives more in organs and doesn't really travel in the blood.
