I think immoral.. hard to tell when people are yelling it to you on reddit.
Because he's definetly underpowered
He’s not really underpowered. He’s definitely NOT overpowered but he’s not underpowered either. He’s just slightly annoyingly hard to kill, but isn’t too scary by himself
Eh… it’s more that he’s VERY easily shut down.
So much of his kit is built towards genuinely ridiculous self heal, but they’ve made it pretty easy to play around now, unlike at release where you had to have an Ana at your team at all times to turn him into a piñata.
Mauga is immoral because he’s a total hedonist after his near-death experience. It’s all about him and his enjoyment.
He canonically wiped out a whole village and he spends the blood money he makes with Talon on stuff like yachts and alcohol.
Moira at least makes scientific advancements with her immoral acts. Doomfist thinks he’s helping humanity. Rammatra thinks himself a freedom fighter.
Mauga benefits only himself. He’s arguably the most evil character.

He was bad at launch and was insanely OP. But, people quickly learned he gets hard countered by like 5 different heroes.
Then he got nerfed to hell. While not changing his hard counters. But sadly, people still kept the launch PTSD close. Which is just stupid paranoia right now. Because lord have mercy, he is easy to kill.
