The number of time my own mei lead to my death or demise is countless

What was even the idea here like what could mei gain from the wall
I’m gonna assume that it was an extremely unfortunate case of missing the intended location and was likely meant for the choke. Walling in front of a Doom while they are actively charging up a punch is stupid 99% of the time, but it was probably in response to sensing the impending rein shatter.
Doom started charging at the exact same time that the wall went up.

As a trash OW player myself, I'd guess they were trying to protect OP since the other team had Zen protection and there's more of them vs OP's team. The wall was misplaced too. 🤷
Yeah the Mei wall indicator is super fucky when it comes to areas like that with downwards stairs. One pixel the wall will be in the doorway, the next it's on the ledge. Still she should have broken it the second she saw it was misplaced.
you can see that the mei has a green arrow at the start of the clip, given the voices I would assume they are friends in VC and this is his buddy trolling him for banter

Just a misplaced wall. Extremely easy to do, with how janky blizz coded the mei wall placement.
On some terrains, you move the mouse by one pixel and the wall moves backward or forward by like 30 meters.
She most likely tried to block the exit to isolate one enemy, but misplaced the wall. When trying to put it in a place where there is elevation (In this case, the stairs), a slight misadjustement will put your wall in really wonky spots. Though you can destroy it manually if it happens, but you need to recognise the mistake and the destruction can't be instant.
I also can happen on Sigma, I actually got screwed in Stadium, in the arena map, where I tried to flux, but the indicator perfectly landed on the cover (On the point). So i just fluxed empty air above the cover...
I was thinking maybe the mei planned to throw her ult in to the wall.

Is it for what you said in chat or on mic? I don't use mic but I have said some shit in chat and surprised nothing's happened. Some people just suck 🤷
Torb used to be utterly despised in every comp. I would get reported a lot for playing my character. It did not matter that I would leave the voice chat and hide the game chat.

Worst thing is all the endorsement levels reset. Went from 5 to 1 and can’t even remember what I did
Do endorsement levels mean anything or do anything?
There was a patch last year that tied endorsement to your ability to comm in text or voice chat, but that patch indicates you must be at least level 1. I don't think I've ever seen a level 0 endorsement which is the "official" restriction level. My experience is that level 1 endorsement level is usually the restricted one. Google search showed me that some people are unable to participate in chat until level 2 though.
Can confirm the last point, I got chat banned probably for calling a Mercy player a wh*re in text chat (no I'm not giving context) and had to grind to lvl 2 endorsement to use text chat again
yeah im playing a new account on PC cause im normally console & didnt tie my accounts, cannot chat ATM on it cause i rarely play, havnt done my 50 games of QP yet
A unique group of people like to circlejerk around them and chase level 5. They're useless, but some make them weird medals they're proud of.
Other than that, you need level 1 to use team chat and level 2 to use match chat.

Omg the amount of times I've screamed in comms for our Mei to break their wall because I'd hit a big ult on Rein/Zarya/Hazard and get a wall infront of my face.

Well, the wall went up at 6:29, and the enemies hit the wall at 6:28 or 6:27. And after that, it was too late anyway.

Since my comm’s are completely disabled, my neighbors would probably call the police to check, because I would be screaming every single cursing word in all three languages I know
I would've avoided that mei as teamate instantly

That would be an instant report + throw for me. If there's a Mei on my team I stay away from her, like I take fights on the other side of the map or wait for her to die just so she can't wall me off.
Idk about you my guy but I would've been furious at the Mei especially if I lost the game. Would've been reported, blocked, and avoid teammate
