Yeah had to breed it from frostalion, pals can only inherit one move though, other good moves are geyser gush and meteorain

Actually all moves can be bred down, with enough luck. In a few cases, it's the only way to transfer unique moves into other Pals, like Double Blizzard Spike on a Chillet for example
Well, I just read all moves except pal unique ones. Good to know for ones like meteor rain and double bliz spike
