Actually, if I remember correctly the lick to get high is a myth! The substance that would make a person high( 5-meo-DMT) is still a poison that is produced in the glands (which are at the side of their mouth), not their back (the back is not psychoactive, and to get the poison you actually need to extract it).
If they lick a frog at best they will get poisoned or any other infection/disease from licking something they were not supposed to.
