Hey, Glenn Guagmire here. You know im the expert in these things, giggity. So basically, the post is a meme about a couple's very special time giggity. So it of course starts with kissing, signifyed by the lips and after that, it's time to go lower, allright and that is where the most important part of a woman is, if you know what i mean and so, to replicate that wonderful body part, the lips are vertical. So there you go, kids, use the knowledge well. Guagmire out!
Eh, I thought it was more like "start standing up, lips horizontal. Then laying in bed on your side, you'd see her lips vertical. Then she's on top, lips horizontal again.
I think it might be a joke about a clock? At 20:45 the long hand would be horizontal, at 21:00 the long hand would be vertical, and at 21:15 the long hand would be horizontal again.

I don't know precisely, so this is just a guess, and your guess is as good as mine.
But, I think the joke is about having sex during an argument. So, it starts as an argument, then they have sex, then back to arguing.
