How does freemediaheckyeah's Searx instance compare to DuckDuckGo and Yandex in terms of privacy for searching for pirated content?

The collection of free content website freemediaheckyeah created their own Searx instance, isn't Searx supposed to be more private than DuckDuckGo and Yandex and shouldn't this be a default recommendation by us for a private search engine?
