When I was a kid in my teens I once lost 4 hours of work because my IDE crashed. Since then I've developed a psychosomatic disorder where my fingers will start itching if I don't press Ctrl-S after every written line of text I write. No matter if it's a code or not.

its not misterious. we know it works. the amount of times i have done ctrl+c once forgetting that it sometimes doesnt work, having the wrong thing pasted and then having to do it again is way too high.

Yeah, but for some reason sometimes a single Ctrl C doesn't work and I have no idea why.
This, like 99% it works fine, but the 1% has caused me to spam it at least 3 times.
If I miss 3 99'ers, it's fine, I'll ctrl tab back when the paste goes wrong.
I know people like to shit on windows but holy shit this is a valid complaint. I have clipboard history on and notepad++ history and you'd be shocked what doesn't get saved
