Pretty sure you'll crash the entire system if you put "febr" + "" + "uary", too.
October and July use leading and trailing blanks - maybe February is supposed to use the middle blank?

Year needs to be a numeric-up-down like the day, but with the text non-editable. Day could be 5 check-boxes to require entering the day in binary.
