Some features feel so natural, it's clear PM will want them one day...
Or the probably more often happening inverse: The PM asks you to implement a new feature and nobody ever uses it
You get paid anyway
still hurts my heart
I get what you mean, I feel the same way sometimes
still hurts my heart
"Ah, good. Since you're so efficient, here's another load of crap to work on. Deadline's tomorrow, fuck your sleep."
Not the kinda flex you'd wanna flaunt, bud.
"Sure I can do it, I need 2 days for that"
And then you spend two days professionally slacking off.
"How else can I keep my reputation as a miracle worker?"
*"Sure I can do it, might take me 2 days, more likely 3"
Deliver after 1.5 days
*proceeds to push branch with exclusivly commits dated to several weeks ago*
If you cherry pick the commits over you can have a branch without merge commit if nobody's worked in the same places in the meantime. Look pretty odd but works
Just 2 days for already completed feature? You're new to professional programming, right? :)
