This is not a real thing, at least not for me. In my H's days, they would escalate until yoh had no choice to react. Cutting your hair, or putting a huge wad of gum in it, once I was drop kicked off the bus and the bully was not even suspended. One girl I went to school with literally has PTSD from the insane shit thry did to her everyday, and she ignored it all, until it broke her. Stand up for yourself!

Only exception is if its a kid. In which case, I'd look to the parent, id expect them to crazy carpet their own kid as my parents would have if i acted that way in public.

The worst part is in today’s media landscape you can’t just be worried about getting arrested for defending yourself. You ALSO have to worry about all the people around there filming it and whether or not they cut the video to make you look like the aggressor. It's mostly just baseball because they are big stadiums with 81 home games per year, but it also depends on which city and how well the team is doing.

I had something similar happen. Went to a massive concert (many years ago) at the Rose Bowl. We were in the upper stadium area, in seats. There were a few girls sitting in front of us, and one of them was usually standing up, talking to a friend in front of her, or sometimes behind her. Either way, she was the only one standing up, and she was blocking one or both of us.
My friend politely asked her to sit down several times, and she would politely agree, but then keep standing. At one point, she was leaning forward, her butt blocking my friend's view completely. He poked her a few times, and she reponded with something like "is the view so bad?"
My friend was not into women, and her butt wasn't exactly something that you'd wave in people's faces for a compliment. He replied, "Yes, it is!"
This offended the shit out of her, and she got belligerent, harrassing us for the next many minutes, until we could get security to haul her out. As they dragged her out, she was grabbing people's food and drinks and throwing them at us, calling my friend "asshole" and such.
Just a tipsy 20-something who went into a public rage for no real reason.
I had that happen at an indoor concert in the upper section. If it had been on the floor I would have stood with them. After 6-7 times of him refusing, I just poured beer on his seat. He finally sat down and didn’t notice until a few minutes later. He turned to look at me and I just shrugged. Needles to say he didn’t stand the rest of the concert.

Most sporting events I've been to have reminders every few minutes that there's a text hotline people can contact security with reports about unruly attendees. My guess is that the guy or his buddies were able to alert security and got a response in a couple of minutes, like the 5-10 minute range and not the 40-60 minute range.

Most stadiums have Guest Services that you can contact while in stadium to resolve problems. Usually it’s stuff like “a foul ball knocked my $12 beer out of my hands” but I imagine they would also handle this situation.

Don’t engage with her, just ask one of your bros to get security. You will be stepped on a bit, but you were already at that point anyways when she first put her feet on you, so a little bit more doesn’t mean anything. Security will do as security did here. You are no longer being stepped on and she suffers consequences while getting no engagement by you.
Yeah not engaging means you'll still get to enjoy the game after security handles her and you aren't getting a potential ban.Just best to only "fight" back if it's actually violent, for self-defense. But something like this it's not worth it, just get security. Often they have a number you can call or text as well to notify security.

Road rage is a thing that occurs stemming from mild interactions. For all we know, she could have just had the tips of her feet on the back of his chair, and he asked her not to. Having lived near a few stadiums and going to court for a minor offenses, the number of people being charged for “drunk and disorderly” conduct at a stadium was hilariously high. A few also had assault and battery charges on top.
