Something like 90% of them see an immigration judge before they're deported.
The other 10% are recent border crossers so they don't see a judge unless they make a claim for asylum.
Oh yes, ICE is self-reporting that they've done nothing wrong, so we can safely discard all of the accounts all over the country of the atrocities they are committing every single day.

Why are citizen children with cancer getting deported in the dead of the night? Why are people with green cards or even citizenship appointments being snatched and deported?
