Dude and his bike are under different lighting than the rest of the objects in the scene, made more immediately obvious by how different their shadows are.
The editing also makes some of the debris weirdly disappear when too close to the bike
Dude. Come on. Without even realizing the lightings different on the cone, pallette's, scooter, and the man, just think about how a real person would react if this happened. First of all, who wouldn't be woken up by the crunching sound of a car plowing through a brick wall 5 feet away from them. How about the cartoony way he jumps off the bike and stands up. It's only missing AH-WOOGA sound effects. And isn't it convenient how these videos always end right before the man has to interact with anything, like the car, the person in the car? You know, the jeopardy, the danger?

His movements are much more fluid than those of the other elements in the video because it was recorded with a different frame rate. It's very clear that the video is fake.
This seems like it's probably from a movie. His comical acting reveals it as not a real event.

Different resolution of person and bike to car and debris, shadow falls weirdly (when looking at the car coming from the right). Mirror unnaturally blends with the darkness of the cars cooler. It is a well done fake video, but some stuff just feels off.
