This is categorically false. Humans LOVE complaining, it's almost ingrained in us at this point. People just dont like hearing complaints about themselves, yknow, coz we think we're all the best thing since sliced bread.
Boomers hate millennials (and everyone younger than them) because we won't take their shit. Millennials hate Gen Z and Alpha because they talk like Firby that got used as a baseball too many times.

The dumbing of this generation will actually be wild to watch. The current undergraduates are barely competent in their field. Graduate students we take in our summer inter programs are the most paper credentialed students I’ve ever seen and it feels like it’s all hot air. Their resumes seem actually impossibly amazing. Then I get them in their rotation and they can’t write a simple scripts, debug code, summarize work. I just don’t know what to do with them. They won’t present in front of groups, speak at meetings. I just feel like it’s a swath of people who are truly going to be a new invisible generation.
Lost generation with no jobs will be more accurate like trying to find a job in 90s japan except in this case it will not be from lack of job supply but lack of qualified labor.
Did you see the part where you said they're 12? Why would a Millennial care so much about what a 12 year old does.
Besides, Boomers said we were "entitled" and "don't want to work" and "need participation trophies
