When you suddenly go from needing to pee slightly to nearly pissing yourself as your fumble for your keys at the front door, especially after a night on the sauce.
Buy a ratcheting belt. So easy to get on and remove. Plus, it's nice to easily be able to loosen after a good meal.
Same thing with my keys when I REALLY REALLY need to piss and I’m trying to get into my apartment.
This reminds me of a reddit post I once saw that suggested a game show where contestants take a strong laxative, then have to solve a series of puzzles to unlock a toilet.
