I need to know if i can play a game on one account but download a game from the other account while im playing offline on the other game
Launch the game from .exe while being offline mode, quit steam from task manager, launch to other account, change to online, download game
Yoiu'd have to do something extremely convoluted by being in a family sharing, then installing the other game. Then you'd also ahve to enable downloads during gameplay which generally isnt recommended as it can cause gameplay issues
