I got these rings in an auction lot. The numbers in the graph correspond to the thickness of the rings from the ID to the OD.
Apparently they might be for setting up a sheet metal press because those measurements correspond to standard sheet metal gauges expressed in inches
Is it a gauge set? You could measure the sizes of other round things, using these as a reference. The kind of tool you never even think of until you suddenly need it for critical dimensions on a run of 1000 parts

I'd agree with this. Specifically checking the chamfer of a part.
