What If Vegeta Met King Sadala?

If and when Dragonball Super returns I would like them to eventually visit Universe 6 where Vegeta will finally meet King Sadala. Id also like there to be some major twists along the way based on what we have been told as well as Cabbas connection to Vegeta.

King Sadala should bare a very striking resemblance to Vegeta as well as sharing his character traits. He can have some differences in his appearance, perhaps hair for example but Goku and Vegeta should be stunned at how much King Sadala actually looks like Vegeta facially. He would basically be a version of Vegeta that grew up with under nobody else's rule but maintained a strong personality.

The second twist? Cabba is actually the son of King Sadala. It's something that he has kept under wraps from the other Saiyans in order to befriend them. Caulifla's Gang are a terrifying group that cause trouble for King Sadala in their bid to give to Saiyans not that well off. Sadala has an army that can't seem to get to them and his son, Cabba opts to go in and befriend them to find out their secrets. However Cabba ends up taking a liking to the gang realising that they are only trying to help others and refuses to help hand them in to his father.

Sadala would be strong willed but also good natured as Cabba suggests when we first met him so he does not disown his son and allows him to keep his true identity hidden for his own safety. Cabba spends his time away from the Castle but his father respects his sons loyalty to his friends. It does however lead to some awkward interactions between father and son and there have been occasions where Cabba has secretly saved the gang from his father behind the scenes.

As for King Sadala and Vegeta..Sadala would thank Vegeta for bringing out the true Saiyan warrior within his son as he always feared for his safety. Vegeta would probably challenge Sadala to a fight where we would see Vegeta fight a version of himself that would be more Goku in nature but maintain a lot of his attributes. We may even discover that there are more reaches for power for Sadala that he was not aware of until he comes across a version of himself that has had unmatched resolve given everything that he has been through.

For me it's how I'd like to see things play out. In a way it would be Vegeta Vs Vegeta but both having lived under very different circumstances and it allows us to see in a way if Vegeta would reach the limits he has today if his life had went a different route? It may have been a very tough route for Vegeta but ultimately it may be the one where he has learned the most through life experiences. Some knowledge that he can pass on to Sadala in a bid to better the Saiyans of Universe 6.
