I’d love to see tapion
I'd like to see Cooler. I thought Cooler was really shallow and dumb in the movies (it's Freiza...but slightly different!) but I think that there are a lot of interesting directions to take the concept of Freiza's brother now that Freiza is apparently sticking around. If they want to continue with the "all enemies become friends" route, it'd be novel to see the Z warriors get into a conflict with Cooler only to have to team up together to take down Freiza. That way we get more backstory and lore about the Freiza family and race too.
To copy someone else’s idea about how to introduce Cooler — make him an earlier progeny of King Cold who Frieza might not even know about as Cold abandoned him in a Room of Spirit and Time because he was too powerful/sadistic/ambitious/whatever for Cold to control.

Pretty sure he would be dead by this point then, they seem to be super old race but aren't immortal.
The rosat would be giving him super early aging. So the room would have to be like the one Goku and Merus went on, but even weaker. Like 1 extra day instead of 3 per real-time day.
A multiversal Janemba would be a pretty badass problem

Janemba would’ve been perfect for Diana but for some reason it never happened. Besides him I don’t really want more movie characters. I would rather see them have more original villains
Broly, the actual Villain Broly with charisma and his own personality rather than the dolt Super Broly that’s just a bad rehash of Gohan being meek but going berserk when angry.
I second OP, Tapion is such a cool character and that movie was probably one of the best DBZ films, imo
I'd like to see Turles, purely because I'd hope he'd have his little gang with him as well so Yamcha, Tien and Chiaotzu get to have a scrap with some no marks.

Cooler ofc. It’s makes sense to put him in the Black Frieza arc.
Some people may say Janemba (ppl wanted him in Daima) but meh. I don’t think he’s interesting enough to be the villain of an entire arc.
I think both are great. Cooler is a great choice for “cool” factor but also has a better likelihood for interesting character development (ie frieza in super) rather than Janemba just being bad 😂
