the most gen z resume ive ever seen was one of my friends. it was a blank page with "This would be my first job, my relevant qualifications are: breathing, speaking English, and being capable of setting an alarm. I currently have a 3.69 GPA at Local High School." written at the top. it worked

Most fast food restaurants don't accept paper resumes now. At least not when I applied while in college.
People need to remember having a CV that stands out is great, but it has to pass the AI filters that most companies use to screen incoming CVs first. This will get rejected without ever being seen by a human for any decent paying job.

Maybe if printed. If this were a PDF or word doc (or god forbid, HTML), the keywords could be white-on-white or in the metadata, and maybe the software will register those.
Resume is basically a small demo to show the recruiter on what a candidate could do if hired. This is not even a demo but a random joke that not everyone is going to get it. Not a good way to market yourself in a sea of serious candidates.

People who've been taught what to put on a CV. They tell you to have a personal profile which says things like willing to learn, can work in a team, or on own initiative, that you're reliable. Stuff like that. This one is just a very verbose way of saying they're willing to learn new skills as needed for the job.
The problem isn't the goals listed, it's leaving it as "your company" instead of personalizing it to the company to which it's being submitted and the phrase "as a career person" which has to be AI generated. "Gain more knowledge" without specifying in what also strongly suggests AI.

The only scenario I can think of it possibly working is a job fair where someone will almost certainly have to look at it, probably while the applicant is actually handing it to them.
If it's real, I could see this being one side, with the actual resume on the flip. That way he can make a memorable and creative joke in person, and still actually provide a resume.

I can't find it now because the internet is so enshittified but I remember seeing a post on something years ago about a graphic designer who wrote his CV in the style of a brand design manual.
I wish I could find it, it was really good. I also worked with a guy who was a bit spectrumy (and I say that, fully aware of Reddit's demographic - spectrumy by *our* standards) who wrote his CV in the style of a hardware datasheet. He got hired, and because of his occasionally odd behaviour he provided his manager and colleagues with a detailed "O&M Manual" for himself with a bunch of "runbooks" with things like "If Chris is just staring into the distance looking scared, he is starting to spiral. Reset him by taking him outside and pointing out things on the other side of the river to look at for a few minutes".
And quite honestly I think that's not a bad idea at all.
