What's the matter
He slept around 9 PM and woke up at 5 AM. Took a good 8 hour sleep and saw a beautiful sunrise at 6. A perfect schedule and start of the day I reckon...
A couple of days ago I slept from noon till 11pm, it felt like using a drug, moment of extreme happiness followed by the consequences of my choices and the need to do it again
As a 27 y.o father, working 15hrs a day with a daughter, this task is impossible for me now. 😭

I start to sleep around 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm
I rise at 5:00 am or 6:00 am.

Why the call out post?
I wanted to go to bed at a decent time tonight but I also wanted to redo my base in Space Engineers because I messed up a bunch of stuff about it yesterday.....well I'm not quite done with that and it's 5am....so I guess I didn't succeed at either thing.
Me going to bed at 3 and waking up at 4.45
Waking up at any time between 3am-6am is actually incredibly pleasant
They just fell asleep early at 10 pm, therefore woke up at 6am.
