Those look like mite lines, yk the ones you see on wood after wood mites eat it. So it might just be a worm or caterpillar.

I only found the German wiki page for it, because we recently had the same markings on our apples, it has something to do with improper storage:
The markings show because of improper storage. The apples are completely safe to eat in whole and there are no bad properties other than visual to be expected.
