it literally overheated to the point of bluescreening so yes it was causing crashes, the thermal paste was old to begin with but the sticker was the nail in the coffin

Maybe there are vrm issues and/or it's cutting too much voltage when thermally throttling.

that sticker gains 50fps you just need to add ultra gaming pro thermal paste
