Edibles don't work on me either. I forget the details but apparently people like us either produce or don't produce a certain enzyme that's needed for the thc to be broken down by thr liver? So its just nasty food at that point

Try eating them with something like peanut butter. Helps it absorb into your system better.
Because there is a huge delay in activation and usually you get nothing or too stoned. Without a lot of trial and error there is no perfect dosage. However I will say I've done over 100 mg and not felt it where that would have most people on their ass. It's probably a combination of tolerance and something else.

Key: you don't need to quit nicotine, you just oughtta quit smoking/vaping. Because nicotine itself is benign to health, similar to caffeine. I find this is still a shock to many people due to how strong the associations are between nicotine and the toxicity of its substance partners and delivery. The problem is combustion or vapor screwing with your lungs, and all the carcinogenic extra stuff that's in addition to nicotine (particularly for tobacco) when using those methods. Trying to pry those associations apart from nicotine in a vacuum can still require some emphasis that there's a fundamental distinction to be made.
I swapped to pure nicotine mints a couple years ago. The list of benefits is endless. I use less nicotine overall. I can pop a mint anywhere, without needing to interrupt what I'm doing to go out for a smoke like I used to (which was profoundly annoying and disruptive). It's discreet--obscure them in a pez dispenser or tin can, whatever you want, doesn't matter. No smell, no breath influence. Obviously my lungs are happier and not even part of the equation anymore. Umm, okay I guess the list wasn't endless. Those are the main things.
And if it's bud, eh, switch to edibles and/or probably don't do it every day.

I donāt get it, I built my PC a few years ago when the 6800 came out. I only recently took the side off to install a WiFi card and not a spec of dust. Itās not like we clean the house much either, vacuum maybe once a week. How?

How much exposure is really bad for your pc? I don't smoke but my sleazeball neighbor stands outside like 3-4 times a day and smokes cigarettes and weed. The smell fills our room every time he does it and now I'm concerned about it affecting my pc that I only built eight months ago. I knew I'd have to clean it out often because we have a cat who sheds a lot, but my expensive pc potentially getting all mucked up because of someone else's nasty habit is infuriating. I hate the stench of cigarettes so much.
If the guy smokes next door or whatever, there's more than enough dissipation that your PC will be just fine. Also, your cat hair is also rarely gonna be an issue as long as you vacuum weekly.
This guy clearly smokes at their desk and that's the main issue.

Environment is the biggest factor, probably followed by quality of case filters and fan orientation/positive pressure.
If you have positive air pressure in your case, it doesnāt give any dust the chance to settle on surfaces.
I think the age and the material of the carpet, blanket, bed sheet, shirts you use, and whether the room have windows or good airflow matters a lot.
This is the dust buildup within a few days (right and bottom pics) in my windowless and carpetless bedroom. I just vacuumed the top of my cupboards, changed sheets, vacuumed my bed, moped the floor.
Tho i have to admit that im using old bed sheets, blanket, and shirts. Im in the process of replacing them with new ones with materials that dont easily create lint dusts.

An air purifier and vacuuming/dusting more often would help more. A positive pressure airflow design (more air blowing in than out) will help keep particulates out too.

Friend of mine has a blower specifically for electronic devices. I lend it twice a year or he brings it over when we meet anyway.
Takes like 5ish minutes to clean the pc. Additionally wiping off some parts. I don't make it factory clean but quite decent clean. Last time was when we met up to game for a weekend. We cleaned all pc's in no time.
With proper tools it's simply a "just do it" thing.

That looks like cigarette tar. Nothing kills a PC quicker than smoking. It tars up all the fans and cooling fins which dust is more than happy to stick to further spoiling any airflow and cooling. To really clean that will take hours with rubbing alcohol and scrubbing. Blowing it out will not fix it entirely as the tar remains.
It's a dust filter, i.e. a filter made out of dust.
Recently I bought a hand power fan specifically for things like this.

Get a alen air purifier for your office/gaming room/house. Things purify the air completely every 45 minutes or so. I have 3 of them , one in liv room, one in my bedroom , one in my office where my pc is.

Weed smoke doesn't leave residue like cigarette smoke. Source, I've been smoking weed in my room for well over a decade and have never cleaned anything but normal dust from my PC once every couple years.
Cigarette smoke on the other hand will leave residue covering your entire room. Something about weed smoke will actually air out and not fuck your shit up.
Take a look at what a bong looks like after just a few grams has been smoked from it and think about that a bit more
Been smoking a bong for like 14 years now so yeah I know how dirty they get. But I've also never had to clean yellow, smoke stained dust out of my PC in those 14 years. I literally just cleaned out my PC for the first time in over a year because I got a new CPU and GPU. It was just regular grey dust that blew out with compressed air. Not goopy, slimey mess.
I've smoked weed in cars, it doesn't stick. I've smoked weed in all of my apartments/rentals and it doesn't stick. Never lost a security deposit or any complaints due to smell of smoke.
But my friends who smoke cigs in cars and their houses 100% stink like shit immediately.

Pretty much. Most of the tar in bongs comes from the ash, not really the smoke. It does build up but nothing like cig smoke.
I had friends in college who smoked tobacco in bongs. 1 hit and the bong was ruined. Cleaning barely helped. But you can smoke weed all day and get your bong sparkly clean in 5 minutes of washing and you won't even smell bud.
There are chemicals in cigarettes that aren't in weed. It's about what's in the smoke, the just the fact that it's smoke.
But I'm no scientist, all I know is the proof is in the pudding. If I haven't had adverse effects from smoking weed in my room by now then I'm not worried.
Not in my experience. That shit absolutely does build up, it's just at a much slower rate since most people don't chainsmoke weed like some do with cigs. More so if you smoke a lot of concentrates.
