If the Ranger teams swapped villains/Monsters of the week with their Sentai counterparts, which ranger team would have the hardest time?
I can't say which team would have the hardest time, but I can for who would definitely have a hard time. SPD.
I'm sorry when I say this, they are not beating Space Criminals Alienizer. I'm sorry, but that's not happening. The Alienizers are a completely different breed compared to SPD villains, they are galaxy level terrorists.

Even the final boss Abrella(aka Broodwing)(even though not specifically said in that video) is a weapon salesman who only cares about money, and just to sell weapons and gain money, caused intergalactic wars between planets across 7 galaxies (I said 12 last time, but it's seven. The galaxy that he destroyed is Galaxy #12).

Dino Thunder is kind of interesting to think about. Abaranger’s Dezumozorlya was a godlike entity at it’s peak strength; Would we be saying Trent just goes evil for most of the show or does Mikoto, or a PR equivalent of Mikoto since Trent really isn’t that, replace him?
Time Force probably has an easier time overall just because they don’t have to deal with Ransik but similarly their end game would change and I guess Alex now schemes similarly to Ryuya? It’d be interesting to see how the Time Force rangers react to that situation, especially since Jen’s history with Alex is very different than Yuuri’s history with Ryuya’s and I also don’t know if Lucas would do what Ayase did.
Spicy take: Dairanger would have lots of trouble with Zedd. Would Zedd have trouble with Daijinryuu? I don't think so; considering Animus was a god and was killed by Master Org twice, Dai Shi (from the inside), and The Master was killed. and Zedd is more powerful than Master Org and Dai Shi (The Master MAYBE; I dont think so, but Zedd was weaker than Dark Specter), and considering on screen he was on par with a Morphin Master, I don't think Dai would be an issue.
Not to mention that their arsenal mirrors the Thunder Zords and they only managed to bring Zedd to a draw or were destroyed when outnumbered with Rito's help.
Well:
-Wootox has destroyed 50 planets
-Devastation is the most wanted criminal in the galaxy
-Bork has ravaged the Alpha Centuri, which is a triple star solar system
-Gruumm's very first episode has him blow up an entire planet without any difficulty or remorse
So yeah, it's not like the guys in SPD are weak, they're just "censored" if you get what I mean.
Benagh also destroyed planets when Cruger was listing his crimes out.

From episode 9~10 we meet the criminal Sinuku who destroyed 82 planets&satellites, and blew up a satellite prison.
We meet another alien who caused mass murder and robbery on 99 planets.
We see another one who captures over 10k people on 124 planets, and put them in a mirror world and stole their freedom, and also sucked their life forces and turned them into portraits.
And like I said, Abrella is well known in the entire Universe as one of the most vicious and Greedy Weapon salesmen. He destroyed 1 of 7 galaxies that he made into a war zone. Literally made planets fight each other in a war just to gain money.
Like I said, you’re right, SPD aren’t weak, it’s just that the Alienizers are a different breed.
It's not about different breed - it's about different jurisdiction. Even with SWAT mode you usually don't make the police to do the job of FBI.
