Their base is in a hidden Ninjetti Temple deep in the mountains and forests. (Could say they are a Rival to the Ninja Storm schools. And their mentor is one of the Last of the 8 Ancient Chinese Immortal Chi-Warriors!!! He was probably good friends with Ninjor.

The bad guys base is in the Dark Netherworld an Ancient Demonic Dynasty locked away by the 8 Ancient Chinese Immortal Chi-Warriors. Basically a combination of the Eight Demon Sorcerers from Jackie Chan Adventures and Tulpa from Ronin Warriors.
The bad guys are free thanks to 2 dumb kids who found and used the Panku Box, they will never be seen or mentioned again! Also NO to Galaxy Warriors intergalactic TV show.
