His roll call would be: "From the Echo(or Speed) of the Dolphin."
This is similar to Hunterkiller1440 version of power rangers: (Super) Megaforce. "Troy starts from red to blue". "Jake sacrifices himself & later becomes the Silver ranger". "Orion arrives & becomes the new red ranger". "And Noah is Billy from ZEO. Were despite no being a ranger anymore, still helps the group in some way".
If the franchise was more ambitious in writing and had more budget dedicated, it wouldn't be a bad idea.
You'd have to introduce his arc of faking and learning from it by like episode 2-3, have him go through some trials and tribulation, and then ultimately reward him with the Green Powers.
I would even bring back Tommy in a cameo for this, the most experienced ranger and the original Green, given this was the 20th anniversary, to teach him what it's like to really be a ranger.
He could form an interesting dynamic with Noah, who was noticeably displeased in the episode when Jordan was bragging about "saving blue". Noah could be the voice of distrust, before Jordan ultimately saves him and puts himself at risk for him in battle, finally proving himself to Noah.
Of course, this would mean finding a way to make a Super Megaforce Black so you can include Jake. There is also little to none Gosei Green footage, so all of that would have to be original footage.
But given that the Megaforce era writers/direction was so lifeless and notoriously cheap, they would never do something like this.
