Can someone clarify for me “purchase one MMPR POP! Onsite per outside item to qualify”. I can’t just bring my own Pop over and pay for signature?

It says you can get outside items signed, you just have to buy one pop per outside item you want signed.

You have to do both. You have to buy one and pay to get signatures.

Buy overpriced crap to have your normal priced crap signed!
