Wild Force / Ninja Storm: Jindrax, Toxica & Zen-Aku join a traveling circus that tours Blue Bay Harbor. Lothor bullies the former 2 into working for him, Zen Aku seeks aid from the Wild Force rangers.
SPD / Mystic Force: Two parter; A new powerful criminal with magical powers that counters SPD technology has gathered the rements of the Troobian Empire and with the help of time travel, travels back in time from 2026 NewTech City to 2006 Brierwood to rule the past and change the future, the SPD rangers; the core five, Kat Ranger, Omega Ranger, Nova Ranger, and Shadow Ranger as well travel back in time to stop him and team up with the Mystic Force Rangers, this would be set after the events of "Mystic Fate" as a sort of "One Final Effort" for the Mystic Force team.
Mystic Force / Operation Overdrive: Two team ups;
First team up before Mercury Ranger: Have the team actually go to Briarwood to get dragon scales rather than Hartford already having them and side plot would be Mr. Hartford sowing the seeds for "Once a Ranger".
Second team up after the Mercury Ranger joined but before "Once a Ranger" The renments of the Master's army has been gathered by a new foe who wants the Crona Aura to bring back the Master the Overdrive Rangers and Mystic force rangers stops him.
Opertaion Overdrive / Jungle Fury: Reveal that Hartford was the one who hooked RJ up to Morphin Grid, but plot twist; in exchange for access to Morphing Grid, Hartford has R.J and his team help the Overdrive Rangers uncover an artifact only for Dai-Shi to take it and create a new monster and the two teams must fight. Oh and have Tyzonn and Mack trying pizza for the very first time at Jungle Karma Pizza.
Jungle Fury / RPM: Dr. K causes a rift in the biofield, causing the inhabitants of JF's Jungle Karma Pizza to swap with that of Corinth's. JF rangers leave because their animal spirits grow weaker in the RPM dimension.
RPM / Samurai: Just show the other half of Clash of the Red Rangers. Through tech an symbol power, the RPM rangers join the final battle.
Megaforce / Samurai: One episode of Samurai and vanilla Megaforce teaming up, (say a foreign exchange program to Japan) then Samurai rangers giving power up to Ranger keys in SMF (hence why they're the first Legend Morph).
Mega & Super Megaforce: Through time travel or villain shenanigans, the rangers face their past selves, the teamup showing the present rangers how far they've come.
Megaforce / Dino Charge: The Megaforce team are sent to Amber Beach for a student exchange program and goes to the Dino Museum as part of an assignment, meanwhile. Sledge captures Robo Knight and reprograms it for evil & the two teams have to team up witn Robo Knoght eventually breaking his evil programming and brought to the good side.
Super Megaforce / Dino Supercharge: Have "Here Comes Heximas" be a two part episode and have Fury and Wretch survive as well and through corrupt dealings with the Armada or they find an abandoned Armada ship with it's X-Borg manufacturing technology fully intact but dormant and say Fury, and Wrench terroize Amber Beach with Vivx and X-Borgs to distract the Dino Charge Rangers from Heximas' plan but the Super Megaforce Ranger jump in to assist the Dino Supercharge team, then they break the curse of the spell over thier friends. And in the battle between Heximas, Fury and Wrench the Dino supercharge team and Super Megaforce teams battle them as well as Vivx and X-Borgs. Legend Morphs should include; Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive Samurai, Lost Galaxy, and In Space)
Also, in one of the post series clip shows, Gia or someone could be like "how did you guys get stuck in a dimension separate from us?" And Shelby or the like responds with "it's a long story." Gia could mention about more team ups and Koda could be "We'll see, only time will tell." Sowing the seeds for "Dimensions in Danger."
Dino Charge / Ninja Steel: do the DC/BM crossover as a two parter, but here instead. Makes sense, since Sledge was a bit player in Super Ninja Steel.
Beast Morphers / Ninja Steel: Evil Green Ninja Ranger with a legion of Kudabots and Basherbots gives Beast Morphers trouble, needs Ninja Steel help.
Dino Fury / Beast Morphers: Have Beast Morphers fight Lokar's nephew as originally intended.
Plus it gives a "One Final Effort" vibe as well.
Personally, I think the point between Imperious’ defeat and the Ten Terrors’ introduction would have been a good time for a Mystic Force/SPD team-up.

Yes. For the Jungle Fury/Operation Overdrive team-up, I’m pretty sure Mack would have already tried pizza for the first time since becoming human. As for Beast Morphers, why a team-up with Ninja Storm?
